Usually when there is a strong bond between two entities , they are tethered and the strength of the bond can pull through anything. Even when the situation looks downcast, the tethered bond can create a glimmer of hope, transform the dark to light, the situation from downcast to bright, and the dark pain that fragments us, to the healing light of wholeness. 

The tethered bond is the most powerful bond that exists in the world. (1)

I believe that when we tether to our core selves, we tether to God or when we tether to God we tether to our core selves. In that space we can discover our intrinsic worth and value. We can claim the abundant life that Jesus came here to ensure we all have access to. We are then able to lean into our God given agency and tether to a community that supports our collective flourishing. Our strengthened agency then cultivates our deep gift of choice and we can choose spaces, partners and paths that lead to harmony, happiness and flourishing.
